The Growth and Strategy Intern will support Wenspire’s growth initiatives, strategy development, and community expansion, gaining direct experience in user acquisition and engagement.

Responsibilities
Support growth strategies for user acquisition and engagement
Analyze metrics and provide actionable insights
Assist with marketing campaigns, including digital and social media initiatives
Research opportunities for partnerships and campus outreach
Contribute to strategic planning and help prioritize initiatives
Collaborate on new growth ideas and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Current college or university student
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in strategy, growth, and startup operations
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Experience with social media, marketing, or data analysis is a plus
