Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries
Educate customers on the various strains, products, consumption methods, and effects of cannabis
Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system and maintain proper cash handling procedures
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and display cases
Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and company policies
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and cannabis laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers and colleagues
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
