Required

Any combination of education and/or experience that provides the applicant with competencies in Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving
Knowledge of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects and resources, including monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and contractor performance
Knowledge of the principles and methods to identify, analyze, specify, design, and manage functional and infrastructure requirements; includes translating functional requirements into technical requirements used for logical design or presenting alternative technologies or approaches
Uses knowledge that is acquired through formal training or extensive on-the-job experience to perform one's job; works with, understands, and evaluates technical information related to the job; advises others on technical issues
Writes in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience
Training in information technology, business analytics, business information systems, operations management, or similar field and professional experience translating business needs to technical requirements and applying analytical processes to planning, design, and implementation of IT systems to meet the business requirements
