LTNP Health Program Manager 2
The State of Alaska's Department of Health is seeking a Health Program Manager 2 to oversee program planning and budget management related to opioid and substance misuse initiatives. Responsibilities
Responsible for the development, implementation, and completion of program planning, budget/fiscal management, and setting effective goals for federal grants related to the State of Alaska's response to opioid and other substance misuse
Assist with federal award project directors to implement the federal award activities and serve as a point of contact for the Division of Behavioral Health staff who are managing grants and contracts funded by federal grant programs
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in biological, health, or behavioral science; health practice; education; public, healthcare, or business administration; or a closely related field
Progressively responsible professional experience performing health program planning, development, coordination, evaluation, or implementation; providing technical health care assistance and consultation; conducting health care utilization or quality assurance examinations; and/or delivering health care

Analysis and Assessment: Uses information technology in accessing, collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and disseminating data and information
