Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of advertising, branding, and marketing communications projects across digital, print, social, and video channels
Act as the primary liaison between client partners and creative teams (copywriters, designers, digital)
Develop strategic communications plans and creative briefs tied to measurable business goals
Manage timelines, budgets, and approval workflows for creative deliverables
Partner with corporate communications, brand, and digital teams to maintain message consistency and brand integrity
Provide strategic recommendations and reporting on campaign effectiveness
Serve as secondary crisis communications account manager during storm response periods (1–2 months per year)

Required

Proven ability to write creative briefs and provide strategic counsel to clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and work management systems (e.g., Workamajig)
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience in energy, utilities, or regulated industries is a plus

Preferred

Familiarity with Kanban or Agile principles preferred
