Human Resources Administrator
CEXEC, Inc. is a family-owned small business that has been serving Federal Clients for 50 years. They are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to manage HR processes and ensure a positive employee-focused environment, integrating with all levels of leadership and acting as a primary contact for employee assistance.

Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the various HR functions that support The People, The Process and The Culture of CEXEC
Integrate with all levels of Company Leadership
Primary point of contact for any employees needing assistance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a complementary field
4 years of HR related experience in a similar Federal Contracting Services environment
Experience with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and business appropriate communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional training/education/certifications or other coursework in HR or relevant business field
Ability to prioritize tasks and administer multiple recurring processes
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, MS Word and Excel or related software
Previous HRIS experience (DELTEK/Costpoint, ADP, PAYCHEX, Kelly or other HRIS system or database platform)
Experience working in collaborative cloud-based group environment (Google Drive, Sharepoint, MS360, etc.)
Demonstrated responsiveness to employee requests
Ability to travel to DC office and other nationwide locations as needed
