Process and enter invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Perform data entry and maintain financial records related to expenses
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed
Utilize proprietary accounting software to manage and track transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and accurate reporting
Assist with general administrative and accounting support
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with invoicing and matching invoices
Strong data entry and accounting skills
High School Diploma minimum required
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
