Brennan Industries is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist responsible for overseeing and managing inventory to ensure efficient and accurate tracking of all inventory-related activities. Responsibilities
Maintain precise inventory records and update data as needed
Utilize computer systems and digital tools effectively
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks and audits
Perform cycle counting to ensure the accuracy of inventory records
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying and addressing underlying issues
Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management
Manage the receipt of materials and oversee quality checks
Address defective goods by coordinating returns and processing supplier credits
Assist with shipping products to customers and support other inventory-related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Preferred
Previous experience with an ERP software
