Administrative Support Specialist
Santa Barbara Unified School District is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, the assistant will provide a wide range of clerical, secretarial, and general office duties, closely supporting the development team and ensuring smooth internal processes.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day business, people, and finance operations, ensuring core internal processes run smoothly
Process and distribute mail, packages, courier deliveries, and e-faxes
Manage office supply inventory, including water deliveries, printer maintenance, toner, and coffee/tea restocking
Coordinate with Facilities and Housekeeping to support space maintenance, including submitting facilities work orders
Provide administrative support to field staff, including coordination of travel logistics and related needs
Provide general administrative support and perform additional duties or projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
