The selected candidate will contribute to studies in target validation, animal model development, and exploratory safety assessments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Perform routine single-plex and multiplex IHC using the Leica Bond Rx platform
Conduct IHC to support target validation and drug development studies
Gain exposure and training in multiplex IHC using the Lumiphores COMET platform
Maintain and document sample data using Sample Manager and Dream Path systems
Collaborate with study pathologists, scientists, and cross-functional teams
Follow established laboratory protocols and documentation standards
Troubleshoot and optimize IHC protocols to ensure high-quality data
Manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver timely, accurate results
Adhere to laboratory safety and chemical handling procedures
Qualification
Required
B.S./B.A. degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of the Leica Bond Rx IHC platform
3–5 years of experience in a histology or pathology laboratory
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot IHC protocols and interpret results
Preferred
QIHC (Qualification in Immunohistochemistry) certification preferred but not required
