Information Services
Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve application-related issues, including software bugs, performance concerns, and usability questions
Communicate directly with users to gather details, explain solutions, and provide clear status updates
Document application configurations, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures in internal knowledge bases
Log, track, and manage incidents using a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with development and QA teams to test bug fixes, enhancements, and new releases before deployment
Maintain a high standard of customer service while managing multiple support requests
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in application support or a similar customer-facing support role
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Availability to normally work between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time
