Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and execution of large-scale data, governance, and AI-readiness programs across North America, Canada and LATAM
Design and govern end-to-end architectures spanning Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM, Einstein AI, and Informatica IDMC (MDM, DQ, EDC, Axon, CDI)
Enable Customer 360, trusted data foundations, lineage, and regulatory-grade governance
Lead solutioning for complex pursuits and guide presales
Ensure architectural integrity across delivery
Establish best practices, build accelerators, and mentor senior architects and engineers
Qualification
Required
12–18+ years in enterprise data architecture
Proven leadership of multi-system, multi-cloud data programs
Strong experience in regulated environments
Ability to influence enterprise decisions
Ability to shape a growing practice
Design and govern end-to-end architectures spanning Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM, Einstein AI, and Informatica IDMC (MDM, DQ, EDC, Axon, CDI)
