Office Admin Support/Operations Services Rep, Administrative
ConServe is dedicated to satisfying the needs of their clients while improving the human condition. The Operations Services Representative II will provide administrative support for the Operations Teams, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to manage client contracts and correspondence effectively.

Responsibilities
Assist all Operations Teams with assignments specific to Client Contracts serviced for each division
Work directly with Clients to properly research requests to identify data records, balances and Client issues, as needed
Consumer correspondence processing: conduct investigations and to prepare and send a response to Consumer; working with Clients for document requests via various media
Consumer credit reporting; e-OSCAR electronic Consumer dispute process; investigation through resolution
Daily mail processing; inbound and outbound, includes mail sorts and distribution
Daily report processing: includes running and distributing departmental reports
Provide receptionist service as needed: Greet and direct office visitors, answer main office telephone system, respond to direct requests for information and/or forward messages to appropriate staff
Maintain and update databases as needed
Provide administrative support to staff for copying, scanning, faxing and large-scale mailings
Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements
Adherence to ConServe’s Professional Practices Management System (PPMS), Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years of Office Administrative experience
Ability and history of maintaining confidentiality and high level of trustworthiness
Ability and history of interacting well with team members and customers in a professional manner while maintaining a safe work environment
Attention to detail
Proven attendance history
Ability to multi-task and adapt to daily business needs with high level of accuracy
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and e-mail
Availability to work periodic weekend hours as needed
Ability to work with all levels of staff (entry level to Executive Management.)
The ability to telework
Secure internet connection, to plug in ConServe equipment into a hardline Ethernet port
A private work area in which work activities can be conducted
U.S. Citizenship or lawful Permanent Resident alien with three or more years as a permanent resident in the United States
Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
No conflicts of interest with ConServe or our Clients
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Ability to sit or remain sedentary for up to 8 hours per day, except for periodic breaks pursuant to applicable law
Ability to talk and listen on a phone for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to type on a computer for up to 8 hours per day
Preferred
Associates or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in ConServe Collection Systems
Internet experience
