Senior Systems Administrator

New Season is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to lead the implementation, operation, and maintenance of their cloud network infrastructure. Responsibilities

Serves as a technical expert in system administration for complex systems including Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace and Tableau
Helps develop, document, communicate, and enforce a network technology policy
Is responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of the organization's cloud network environment and any and all applications hosted in this environment
Is responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization
Plans ahead for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth
Manages user accounts and assets, and assigns and updates security permissions on the network according to security policy
Partners with other team members as well as cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutions
Completes annual training programs within the required timeframe and regularly attends staff meetings
Complies with all State, Federal, professional regulations as well as department rules, policies, and procedural manuals
Adherence to HIPAA, Safety and OSHA Regulations
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology, Business Information Systems or related field
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) required
Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator required
Must have knowledge of all Microsoft products, Google Workspace applications, as well as SQL
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure required
Knowledge of network security policies and procedures required
Knowledge of change control and project management methodology and software required
Minimum 5 years in a similar position, planning, implementing, overseeing and maintaining Cloud-based server and network infrastructures and projects in compliance with network security policies and procedures, preferably in a healthcare organization
Minimum 2 years of Azure Administration required
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Complies with all State, Federal, professional regulations as well as department rules, policies, and procedural manuals
Adherence to HIPAA, Safety and OSHA Regulations

Preferred

Professional Google Workspace Administrator
2 years experience in SQL server and Tableau Server Administration
Advanced technical certifications strongly preferred, including Google Cloud, Google Workspace Administration, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, VMware, or Linux administration
Security or healthcare related certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, HCISPP, ITIL) beneficial
