Qualification
Required
Possession of a valid Real Estate License (required)
Experience in Real Estate and Real Property markets, with knowledge of market trends and property valuations
Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on communication, relationship building, and client satisfaction
Sales capabilities, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing transactions effectively
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred
Proficiency in using real estate technology tools and platforms is a plus
Familiarity with the Charleston real estate market and suburbs, including Berkeley, Charleston, Dorchester, and Colleton Counties, is advantageous
Previous real estate experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
