Responsibilities
Lead and contribute directly to the delivery of technology solutions from design through implementation
Work hands-on with system integrations, data flows, and solution design
Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across engineers, analysts, and QA partners
Translate business needs into practical technical approaches and delivery plans
Support cloud-based, modern architectures and help improve existing systems
Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual work
Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog planning, and prioritization
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members while maintaining personal delivery ownership
Help troubleshoot issues and support solutions after launch
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in technology delivery, solution implementation, or systems integration
Proven hands-on experience designing or implementing technical solutions
Understanding of financial and valuation data structures, including general ledger, bank, and valuation data
Experience with bank file formats, integrations, and reconciliations (, ACH, positive pay, balance and transaction reporting)
Structured and semi-structured data formats (SQL, CSV, fixed-width, XML, JSON)
ETL / ELT pipelines and batch processing
Experience handling sensitive financial data and PII with appropriate security and controls
Proficiency with Agile delivery tools (, Jira)
1 to 3 years of experience leading or mentoring team members in a delivery or project setting
Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern integration patterns
Working knowledge of data pipelines, system integrations, and reporting workflows
Comfort working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
Strong communication skills and a practical, delivery-focused mindset
AWS experience with services such as Lambda, S3, APIs, and cloud-native integration patterns
Experience handing sensitive financial data and PII with appropriate security and controls

Experience with automation, analytics, or data-intensive systems
Experience supporting production systems or operational environments
