Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and follow up regularly
Conduct personalized, needs-based insurance reviews to educate clients on coverage options
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client goals, and recommend the right products
Collaborate closely with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and agency growth
Qualification
Required
A passion for helping people and building relationships
Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and listening
High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
Team-oriented with a competitive edge
Drive to meet and exceed sales goals
Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses within 90 days of hire
