Responsibilities
Assisting in data storytelling using economic forecasting data sourced from both internal systems and external market indicators
Leveraging AI and machine learning tools to support customer persona development, market research, and early‑stage product concept testing
Analyzing customer insights, segmentation datasets, surveys, and behavioral trends to uncover opportunities and guide decision‑making
Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for business partners, including senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Finance, or a related field
Strong data analytics and critical-thinking abilities
Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas and charts)
Coursework or experience in forecasting, econometrics, or predictive analytics
Collaborative and team‑oriented working style
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in group settings
Demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of tasks
Operates with a solution‑oriented and analytical mindset
Preferred
Experience with at least one BI or analytics tool—such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., text analytics, machine learning basics, automation tools)
Exposure to market research or customer insights
