Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a project management and tracking system
Assist with preparing operating and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budgets
Analyze administrative and operational functions and recommend process improvements

Required

At the time of application, you must be a citizen, national or permanent resident alien of the United States or a non-citizen eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment
Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in business or public administration or a related field
Two years of professional work experience in budget administration, personnel management (i.e., human resources), or management analysis
Education must have been completed by the time of application in order to be credited

Experience must demonstrate responsibility and analytical skills at a professional level relevant to this position

Preferred

Knowledge of administration principles, including personnel management, budgeting, and fiscal administration
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate administrative, operational, and fiscal information to identify issues and recommend improvements
Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data, including operational, statistical, and financial information, to support decision-making
Sound judgment in interpreting and applying policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to work situations
Ability to develop practical solutions and make clear recommendations to improve processes, systems, and operations
