Associate Director, I FUND
The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is seeking an Associate Director, I-Fund to support Annual Giving within the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics. This role focuses on providing a first-class philanthropic experience to fans, supporting ticket sales, and helping the department meet revenue generation goals.

Responsibilities
Provide a first-class philanthropic experience to fans of Illinois Athletics by leveraging digital and in-person engagement to effectively build relationships
Support ticket sales and renewal efforts for assigned prospects
Provide annual fund operations support to help DIA meet annual revenue generation goals
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree, preferably in Sport Management or related field
Minimum of one year of marketing, fundraising, or ticket sales experience, preferably in college or professional sports
Maintain knowledge of, and compliance with, specific NCAA, Big Ten Conference, and institution rules that relate to this position is required
Championship Mindset and Expectations Understands and displays professionalism and integrity that builds and maintains trust between student-athletes and fellow DIA staff
Prioritizes and contributes to the life changing student-athlete experience
Adheres to University, DIA, Big Ten, and NCAA rules and regulations
Commitment to the Athletics Department and University's mission and values
Flexible to various scheduling to include nights, weekend work and some holidays, team travel
Maintain professional competency and skills required for professional practice
Preferred
Master's degree in business administration, finance, sport administration
Two or more years of experience in ticket sales or higher education advancement, preferably in college athletics
