Leading the company as it transitions from R&D to commercial execution
Creating and driving the investor narrative and leading follow-on fundraising
Building early commercial strategy (pricing, GTM and partnerships)
Hiring and developing the initial commercial and operational leadership team
Working closely with the founder and technical leadership to translate innovation into market value
Acting as the primary external face of the company with investors, partners and key customers
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Chief Executive Officer or senior operator in early-stage, venture-backed environments
Ownership of fundraising, commercial strategy, and operational leadership
Ability to lead the company as it transitions from R&D to commercial execution
Experience in creating and driving the investor narrative and leading follow-on fundraising
Capability to build early commercial strategy (pricing, GTM and partnerships)
Experience in hiring and developing the initial commercial and operational leadership team
Ability to work closely with the founder and technical leadership to translate innovation into market value
Acting as the primary external face of the company with investors, partners and key customers
Preferred
Raised venture or growth capital as a CEO or senior operator
Strong commercial instincts and ability to build a credible go-to-market story
Experience in the dental industry
Comfort operating without infrastructure
Ability to work productively with a founder transitioning into a non-CEO role
Credibility with technical teams and confidence with investors
