They are seeking a full-time Videographer/Video Producer in the Palm Beach Area to build a startup media brand through various content types including podcasts, teaching sessions, events, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.

Responsibilities
Podcast/interviews: clean, multi-camera conversations
Teaching with slides: speaker + deck, clear and polished
Events: talks, panels, highlights, BTS
Vlog/behind-the-scenes storytelling: candid, narrative, human moments
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience filming interviews, podcasts, events, or documentary-style content
Strong understanding of dialogue-focused audio recording (lavs, handheld mics, backups, room awareness)
Experience with multi-camera interview setups and clean, consistent lighting
Comfortable filming both structured content (podcasts, teaching with slides) and run-and-gun footage (events, behind-the-scenes, vlog)
Editing experience in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar, or experience managing outsourced editors and reviewing cuts
Solid storytelling instincts; knowing how to shape footage into clear, engaging narratives
Organized, reliable, and able to manage files, gear, and timelines independently
Able to work full-time, in-person in San Francisco
Open to feedback, collaboration, and being interviewed as part of the hiring process
Preferred
Experience filming live events or conferences
Familiarity with YouTube workflows (pacing, retention, thumbnails, titles)
Light motion graphics experience (lower thirds, simple overlays)
Experience owning or helping define a consistent visual style for a brand
Interest in startups, creators, or technology-driven companies
