Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients, partners, and strategic sponsors aligned with BaszGroup’s focus areas
Initiate and manage early-stage conversations with operational and executive stakeholders
Develop a clear understanding of BaszGroup’s services in order to communicate value in practical, operational terms
Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to support opportunity development and alignment
Help refine messaging and outreach based on market feedback and client conversations
Maintain structured visibility into active conversations, pipeline, and next steps
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development, consulting, partnerships, or a related client-facing role
Comfort engaging senior leaders with professionalism and confidence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate independently in a growing and evolving environment
Organized, thoughtful, and execution-oriented
Genuine curiosity about how organizations operate and where execution risk exists
