Assistant Account Manager
E2E Benefits Services partners with clients to implement and manage effective employee benefits programs and provide HR support. The Assistant Account Manager will support account managers in delivering exceptional service to clients, assisting with program implementation, client education, and compliance documentation preparation.
Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation and management of employee benefits programs
Provide client support and education
Prepare compliance documentation
Address inquiries from both employers and their employees
Maintain client relationships and ensure that client needs are proactively met
Qualification
Required
Experience in client relationship management, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication
Knowledge of employee benefits programs, compliance requirements, and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA)
Proficiency in administrative tasks, including record-keeping and documentation preparation
Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams for program implementation and process improvement
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working with software tools for compliance and benefits management
Preferred
Prior experience in a similar role in benefits administration, HR, or customer service is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
