Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and community partners
Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing strategies to promote services and achieve growth objectives
Capability to manage and conduct Training initiatives for ongoing development and team support
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable, with proficiency in using digital tools and technology
Preferred
Previous experience in the healthcare or home care industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
