The role involves being the first point of contact for in-branch members, answering questions, helping with financial solutions, and providing exceptional service to ensure member satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Answer questions and proactively help members choose the best solutions for their financial situation
Take loan applications and open accounts
Notarize documents
Listen and empathize with members to remedy any complaints in a calm and composed manner
Complete reports and records, balancing daily transactions, attending meetings, and collaborating with other departments as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service and sales experience
Basic understanding of computers and technology
Strong communicator
Notary Public (or eligible to become one in the state of Ohio)
Preferred
Lending experience preferred
