Responsibilities
Review, monitor, and collect on customer accounts to meet working capital and collections targets
Proactively contact customers regarding past-due balances and resolve payment issues in a timely manner
Evaluate orders on hold to determine appropriate action, release or maintain hold status as needed
Send invoices through automated systems and handle credits and rebills in coordination with Customer Service
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
Support finance operations by performing intracompany billing, closing modules, and generating management reports as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 6 months of relevant collections, billing, or accounts receivable experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and excellence
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to resolving issues
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
