Responsibilities
Take inbound calls from Medicare-eligible individuals seeking plan guidance
Educate clients on their options and enroll them in appropriate Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans
Use our CRM, quoting, and enrollment platform
Participate in regular coaching and training to continually improve performance
Maintain compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines
Qualification
Required
Must reside in: FL, MD, NC, NJ, PA, TN, TX, or VA
Must hold an active health license in at least seven states
Must have at least two full years of Medicare insurance sales experience in a telesales environment
Comfortable working in a phone-based sales environment
Coachable, reliable, and eager to help others
Strong communicator with a passion for problem-solving
Must have a reliable computer/laptop and two monitors
Must have reliable and fast internet service
