Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Communicate with vendors and subcontractors regarding invoice and payment status
Enter, track, and reconcile invoices and payments in QuickBooks
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Track outstanding receivables and assist with collections follow-up
Support job-related and progress billing
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Provide leadership with clear visibility into cash flow and financial activity
Qualification
Required
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting operations
Strong QuickBooks experience
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams
Construction, contracting, trucking or related industry experience
Preferred
Familiarity with certified payroll, prevailing wage projects, or systems such as LCP Tracker is a major plus
Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience preferred
