Genesis10 seeks an Invoice Processing Analyst for an on-site contract-to-hire position with a leading client in Hampton, VA. The role involves ensuring that invoices, batches, reports, and other documents are processed appropriately for clients, while collaborating with internal groups and resolving customer complaints related to invoice processing.

Responsibilities

Processing invoices, batches, and reports for assigned clients on time and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Directly research and resolve customer complaints/issues with invoice processing-related activities not limited to:
Late/missing invoices
Late payments and late fees
Incorrect coding
Improper batching
Collaborating with internal groups, project managers, clients, and any necessary carriers, to ensure that all clients' issues are promptly handled
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Associate degree or high school diploma with at least three (3) years of relevant experience working with multiple clients, required
Experience in customer support
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to prepare and format management reports, graphs, charts, and spreadsheets
Ability to review and analyze data and information from multiple sources
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team
Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
