Identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent
Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of channels
Screens applications
Conducts initial assessments
Manages interview processes to evaluate skills, experience, and fit
Works closely with hiring managers to define job requirements
Crafts compelling job descriptions
Establishes selection criteria that lead to strong matches
Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
Coordinating interviews
Providing feedback to candidates
Ensuring timely communication
Guiding both candidates and hiring teams through each stage of the process
Tracking and analyzing hiring metrics
Staying informed about labor market trends, competitive compensation data, and evolving recruitment technologies
