Responsibilities
Support clients with planning and coordination of personalized experiences and services
Provide professional client support through phone, email, text, and online communication tools
Research options and solutions based on client needs, preferences, and budgets
Assist with coordinating reservations, confirmations, and service details
Maintain clear and timely communication with clients before, during, and after their experience
Respond to inquiries, updates, and changes with professionalism and attention to detail
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable using computers and web-based platforms
Reliable internet access and phone availability
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, sales, or hospitality is helpful but not required
