Responsibilities
Translate B2B data and segmentation needs into actionable AEP/RTCDP requirements, epics, and user stories
Define and document identity strategy (graph, stitching, profile unification)
Map customer profile use cases to RTCDP segments and destinations
Partner with data, solution architecture, and engineering teams to ensure alignment
Facilitate grooming, prioritization, and acceptance of backlog for RTCDP workstreams
Validate solutions against business outcomes and compliance constraints
