Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive keyword & competitor research to identify opportunities for driving organic traffic & increasing search engine visibility
Develop & execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, CTR, and overall website performance
Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all website traffic is optimized for relevant keywords & follows best SEO practices
Monitor & analyze website traffic, rankings, & other relevant performance metrics using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, & other SEO software
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO
Generate regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in an ecommerce environment or with large, complicated websites
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
Proficiency in using SEO Tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, AccuRanker, Moz, Majestic, etc
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions & optimizations
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams & external partners
Ability to use data-backed reasoning to prioritize and create project plans for large-scale projects
Preferred
Background in, familiarity with, or understanding of engineering concepts and/or the industrial B2B space a plus
