Responsibilities
Greeting all staff, patients, and visitors to Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services
Ensuring all staff, patients, and visitors complete the COVID-19 screening form thoroughly. Reviews form to ensure individual meets all criteria for entrance into facility
Takes the temperature of each staff, patient, and visitor and ensures temperature is within acceptable range
Fits wristband onto each individual who meets criteria for entrance into facility
Completes regular sanitation and ensures area is clean and orderly
Ensures supplies are maintained (forms, wristbands, pens, masks, etc.)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
One year previous experience in customer service
Strong customer service skills
Preferred
Prefer one year of experience in healthcare customer service role
