Fleet Financial Analyst - ASRC Energy
ASRC Energy Services, LLC is part of the Alaska Native corporation, Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC) family of companies. The Fleet Financial Analyst will provide critical analysis to senior management, supporting the company's goals of fleet optimization and return on capital through financial modeling and performance analysis.

Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze fleet cost and utilization, in establishing fleet optimization strategies to maximize return on capital
Prepare financial models to assess return on capital of fleet investments through discounted cash flow modeling (NPV, IRR)
Prepare and maintain operating dashboards and reports, highlighting key fleet metrics regarding total cost of ownership, maintenance costs & trends, etc
Support the monthly and annual forecast/budget process and month-end accounting close process for equipment business lines
Partner with operations to identify cost optimization strategies, improve asset utilization, and facilitate preventive maintenance planning of fleet through data-driven insights
Analyze historical maintenance and repair data to forecast future costs and support capital planning
Project future equipment replacement needs and determine the optimal replacement timing for each asset based on cost and performance
Track and analyze performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to enhance fleet performance
Ensure all accounting and financial activities are in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Company policies and procedures
Work cross-functionally with other departments within the Company
Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures
Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
Must have a minimum of 5 years related experience required
Proficiency with Power BI, Alteryx, and Microsoft Excel
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting required
Able to communicate effectively with higher levels of management
Preferred
Experience with FleetFocus Fleet Management
