Start in 2026 SummerFBD Partnership, LP is offering an exciting opportunity for a Test Engineer Intern to gain real-world experience in engineering. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced engineers to design, implement, and execute test plans and equipment, ensuring product quality and performance standards are met.

Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of test equipment, plans, and test cases for electrical and electronic components
Conduct tests to evaluate product performance under various conditions and document the results accurately
Collaborate with Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues effectively
Participate in the review and analysis of test results to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
Support the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies for better efficiency and accuracy
Maintain test equipment and ensure that it is calibrated, functional, and safe to use
Report findings and provide recommendations for product improvements based on testing outcomes
Perform other duties as needed or assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or related field
Strong understanding of electronic circuits, systems, and basic principles of electromagnetism and electronics
Familiarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance processes in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in using testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
Ability to analyze data and generate reports detailing test results and observations
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members
Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and a reference check
