Sales Development Representative
Redgate Software creates simple software to help data professionals maximize database value. The Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact for prospects, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for Account Executives to drive growth.

Drive pipeline by engaging warm leads and strategic prospects
Execute targeted outreach campaigns using Salesforce and Groove
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives in the AMER region
Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and introducing solutions
Collaborate with your team to exceed goals and celebrate wins
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles with a focus on influencing outcomes
A strong desire to build a career in tech sales, with the motivation to learn and grow quickly
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage prospects confidently
A positive, resilient mindset and a collaborative, team-first attitude
Preferred
Familiarity with sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger)
Basic understanding of databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
Comfort with tools like Office 365, Salesforce, and Groove
