Evaluating loan applications
Analyzing financial documents
Collaborating with underwriting teams

Maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Achieving lending goals
Qualification
Required
Experience in Loan Origination and proficiency in financial assessment
Knowledge of Loan Officers and Underwriting processes
Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
Background in Finance, with strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
State licensure as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) is required
Preferred
Familiarity with mortgage-related software and technology is a plus
