Responsibilities
Establish, implement, and maintain quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems, including managing second-party and third-party audits
Promote quality control work, including incoming material inspection, in-process inspection and monitoring, finished product inspection, sampling, type testing, and non-conforming product handling and improvement
Drive internal defect and quality culture improvement and enhancement
Organize and obtain product certification such as 3C, production license, and mining label
Manage laboratory operations, including regular calibration and verification of testing equipment, instruments, and meters, as well as laboratory planning and instrument maintenance
Improve internal and external product quality and plan quality-related activities during product development (e.g., control plans)
Handle customer complaints, improve product quality, and coordinate complaint resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above
More than 5 years of experience in quality management
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Proficient in ISO9001/14001/OHSAS18001 and product production license and 3C process
Audit skills
Familiar with power cable standards
