Responsibilities
Perform laboratory analyses, quality control, and proficiency testing per SOP and CAP standards
Verify specimen integrity, prioritize work, evaluate and interpret data, and document results
Assist with evaluation and implementation of new methods
Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment
Document all QC and maintenance per policy
Qualification
Required
ASCP or AMT certification (MT, MLS, CLS) – required
Minimum 5 years of Blood Bank experience
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related life sciences
Strong working knowledge of transfusion testing and laboratory instrumentation
