Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and prioritizing their needs
Partner with Sales to support the full sales cycle, from discovery to deal closure
Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and discussions to effectively showcase software products to clients and bring back feedback to improve the product
Deliver technical presentations and POCs to prospects and customers
Understand customer requirements and map them to our cybersecurity solutions
Providing technical support to clients during the sales process, addressing their inquiries and concerns
Collaborate closely with Product and R&D to provide field feedback and influence the product roadmap
Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires
Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and customer use cases
Build demo scenarios and prototypes for customers
Set up integrations between the C2A Platform and the customer toolchain
Implement scripts when necessary to import customer data into the C2A Platform or to address similar customer needs

Required

5+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role
Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud security, IT infrastructure, or related fields
Demonstrated success in managing large enterprise accounts (preferably in the automotive, medical, and cyber sectors) and providing a high level of customer satisfaction
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Technical background with a solid understanding of software products to address technical integration challenges that may arise during the implementation process
Experience handling technical discussions independently and bringing product feedback
Prior experience conducting technical demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the products
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, independent, and innovative approach to business development, and attention to detail
Results-oriented and driven, with a strong desire to succeed and advance in a fast-paced startup environment, familiar with the intensity and demands of working in a startup environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with global teams across time zones
Willingness to travel to clients as needed
Applicant must be based in the East USA
