Draft and review foundational legal documents (founder agreements, equity allocations, investor documents)
Support company registration, compliance filings, and contracts
Prepare for fundraising rounds, including investor documentation and strategy
Provide strategic counsel as a founding team member shaping Scooter Your Way’s growth
Qualification
Required
Licensed attorney in good standing (proof required)
Experience in corporate, securities, or startup law
Comfortable working without upfront cash compensation
Entrepreneurial mindset: you understand bridging the gap from idea to funded reality requires sweat equity, not cash
