Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator
StaffGreat.com is working with an Am Law 100 law firm seeking a Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator to support attorney recruiting and professional development initiatives. This role involves coordinating campus recruiting, summer associate programs, and local associate relations events while collaborating with global talent teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate campus recruiting and summer associate programs, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, hiring committee preparation, prospect outreach, and summer associate programming (work assignments, training, and social events)
Assist with onboarding and orientation schedules for new hires
Track and monitor the local recruiting budget
Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition team members on firmwide initiatives and programs
Coordinate local associate relations events and in-house attorney training programs
Partner with Global Talent Development teams to implement firmwide initiatives, including coaching programs and training academies
Monitor associate relations and professional development budgets
Provide support for special events, including occasional evenings and weekends
Travel as needed for recruiting and development initiatives
Assist with additional projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal environment or professional services is required
Preferred
Prior experience in human resources, attorney recruiting, law school career services, or talent development preferred
