Responsibilities

Assist in all aspects of day-to-day account management, ensuring smooth operations and successful campaign execution
Maintain performance tracking reports and media databases to support strategic decision-making
Conduct in-depth research to support media campaign recommendations and market insights
Document and distribute client meeting summaries to ensure clear communication and action items
Assist in the creation of compelling presentations and reports for client meetings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to drive campaign success
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging opportunities, and best practices in media and marketing
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including media partners and creative agencies, as needed
Adhere to all company health and safety procedures
Perform additional duties as required or assigned to support the team and business objectives

Required

1 – 2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with a positive attitude
Strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and persuasive in both written and verbal formats
Basic understanding of media terminology and marketing processes, with a willingness to learn and grow
College degree required—preferably in Marketing, Media Strategy, Communications, or a related field
Adhere to all company health and safety procedures
Travel to and from client and vendor sites in a personal vehicle is required in this position

Preferred

Experience in media planning or marketing is a plus
Experience with Advantage software or other media buying tools is a plus
