Recruiting Manager

They are seeking a Recruiting Manager to oversee and execute all facets of the recruitment process, including developing strategies and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
Oversee and execute all facets of the recruitment process
Ensure the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates
Develop recruitment strategies
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates
Maintain relationships with hiring managers
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations
Analyze hiring data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Provide recommendations for improvement
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and candidate evaluation
Skills in developing and executing recruitment strategies and workforce planning
Proficient communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management abilities
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
Experience with applicant tracking systems and data analysis in recruitment
Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple hiring efforts simultaneously
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site working environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
