Territory Sales Manager
Precision Sales Recruiting is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a growing electric mobility manufacturer. The role involves owning nationwide dealer and channel sales across the U.S., building relationships with dealers, and executing territory planning and pipeline management.
Responsibilities
Own dealer/channel sales nationwide (prospecting → close)
Build relationships with independent dealers and multi-location partners
Run in-person and virtual product demos
Execute disciplined territory planning and pipeline management
Help refine GTM strategy, territory coverage, and dealer enablement
Support/coach part-time reps as markets mature
Qualification
Required
Experience selling e-bikes or electric mobility products through dealers/distributors/channel partners
4–7+ years of B2B territory sales experience
Proven success in dealer/channel sales (with documented performance)
Comfortable with travel and owning a large territory
Strong consultative selling + relationship-building skills
Organized, process-driven, CRM disciplined
Preferred
Mandarin fluency or familiarity with Chinese business culture
Benefits

OTE: $150,000+ (uncapped upside)
