Marketing & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities
Preparation and distribution of property marketing material, client submissions, information memorandums and presentations
Creating innovative and impactful content
Liaising with both internal and external key stakeholders
Creating, maintaining and updating database systems and research spreadsheets
Assisting the marketing team and wider office with administration duties including sale & lease administration, phone support and email management
Collaborate & develop strong relationships with all product line markets and colleagues to share best practice
Qualification
Required
Experience in a similar role, ideally within the property or professional services sector
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills across Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign and Photoshop) is highly desirable
Tertiary qualification in Property or Marketing is desirable although not essential
