The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and oversee sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Identifying new business opportunities
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Overseeing sales strategies
Analyzing industry trends
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop proposals
Negotiating contracts to achieve company revenue targets
Fostering long-term customer relationships
Representing ICCI’s services in alignment with its values of expertise, efficiency, and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Proven ability in sales strategies, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
Knowledge of pre-commissioning services and industrial sectors such as power plants, LNG facilities, and refineries
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage business development plans effectively
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving
Willingness to work on-site at the La Marque, TX location
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in industrial services or energy-related sectors is a plus
