Responsibilities

Full strategic and operational responsibility for the South Region P&L
Development and execution of regional growth strategies
Leadership and coaching of three Sales Directors and one Service Manager
Expansion of market presence and customer engagement across 16 product lines
Budgeting, forecasting, and regional resource planning
Recruiting and developing top commercial and service talent
Driving strategic initiatives and supporting the development of the new Houston facility

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical field
At least 5 years of management experience in sales or service
Strong commercial judgement, leadership presence, and strategic mindset
Ability to travel up to 25% within the Southern United States
Valid driver's license and passport

Preferred

Experience in scientific instrumentation or related industries
